Johnson & Dugan Customer Service Survey Results

The results of our recent J&D customer service survey are in. We received great participation and the results were both valuable and gratifying.
Here are some highlights of the responses we received (on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest score):
- Over 92% of the respondents rated our service level at an 8 or higher and 80% of you gave
us a 9 or 10. - Of the specific services we offer, we received an average rating of 8.7.
- Our Account Executives and Account Managers were rated with an average score of 9.3.
- Over half of the respondents told us we help relieve at least 20% or more of their
workload, while 34% said we help relieve 50% or more. - Finally, almost 100% of the respondents told us they would be very likely to refer us to other
companies.
