The new Patient Protection and Affordability Care Act is full of short and long-term changes to the American healthcare landscape. Our job is to give you practical advice on how to navigate the road ahead and explain what the changes mean to your organization and benefit plans.

What to expect: The legislation and its effect on employer’s medical plans are staged. Provisions follow a set timeline. Many minor changes were implemented, with major changes starting in 2013 and 2014. Johnson & Dugan will be providing support and advice to our clients as the different parts of the legislation are rolled out and as we develop the new best practices of managing employee benefits plans in the post reform era.
